This device uses movement sensor to collect working data online, PLC process the data, real timely compare the measured data with initial normal status, and display the current data and alarm information. This system can reduce the potential risk of braking system malfunction, enhance the equipment’s lifespan.
- Real-time monitor: real time monitor and display gap value, Shoes abrasion value and the Spring fatigue value, on the touch panel.
- Setting of initial data: through pushbutton or touch panel set the initial value of Shoes open and close, as well as the alarm value of the gap,Shoes abrasion, and Spring fatigue.
- Sensor switch in/ switch off: through the touch panel to switch in or off certain sensor in case which sensor was malfunction.
- Alarm: alarm by sound and light when the Shoes Gap, Shoes Abrasion,and Spring fatigue were measured over alarm value, display the alarm type and position on screen, output signal to control system as well.
- Alarm testing: there is an alarm test pushbutton on touch panel for maintenance.
