Belt conveyor variable load speed control energysaving system

This methodology not only improved the transportation capability of the belt conveyor, but also reduced the power lose of the motor, to saving energy.

 

 

System Introduction

 

The system applied the advanced flow detection sensor to measure the situation of coal being transported on the conveyor, feedback to speed control by VFD and which formed a close loop control system. This methodology not only improved the transportation capability of the belt conveyor, but also reduced the power lose of the motor, to saving energy.
