Introduction

Hoister Control System provide by KAICHENG which combined the VFD, PLC control System, and Signaling System, can be used in underground coal mines which have both single surface and multi-surfaces, for the hoister in Vertical Shaft, Inclined Shaft, and for the hoister which driven by single wind or dual-wind. The system including VFD, DS Winch control system, PA Intrinsic Safety Operator Console, and the optional LM signaling system.

• The VFD uses advanced Speed Sensor-Less Vector Controltechnology, which simulates the DC motor control technology,Dual-Closed Loop (speed with current), to control the AC motor,thus can performs better speed accuracy adjustment, and torquemechanicperformance.
